Fondation Fiminco Porte Ouvertes #1

The presentation of works from the first three months in residence (September 18 - December 3rd). Works shown are in progress. Glass is printed with found text (from google searches) and fired into found metal construction materials. Silicone is used to embed found discarded trash from the area (mostly single use plastics - lighters, bottle caps, candy wrappers). Assemblages are hung in the space with coloured lighting/gels over the lights, creating a situation that restages architectural interiors: The hanging glass resembles walls or windows.
